A Ministry dedicated to making quilts for those who may find comfort in them
This group meets every Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and is focused on making quilts for those who may need or find comfort in them. To date, the quilting group has sewn together over 2,300 quilts which have been donated to ministries such as, but not limited to, the YWCA, Young Lives, our Guatemala mission trips, and our Ed Freepons Memorial Scholarship auction. This group is open to anyone who has sewing knowledge and has a passion for using that skill in order to enrich the lives of those who might need it. If you are interested in joining this group, talk to Joanne Hull or just come to the sewing room on Thursday morning, located on the lower level of the church down the south wing of the church at the end of the hall on the left. .
